First, use a quality product and perfectly clean cloths.
Spray one or two times from 20 cm on the windows, no more. Do not soak the windows. Then rub with a first microfibre cloth to clean the window well.
The secret to having no streaks on windows and mirrors is to have a second, dry microfiber cloth to finish rubbing the window. It is with this dry cloth that you will obtain surfaces without any streaks, and totally transparent.
